We are looking forward to a fantasic 3-Phase May Horse Trials. Below you will find information helpful for the event.

With registration numbers, we modified the dates officially with USEF and USEA for the 2021 competition year only. We intend to renew our license for 2022 for two days. This year the numbers are around 140.

Dressage Judges

Peter Gray                    POGJ

Megan McGee

Judges and scribes will be behind each arena.  Peter Gray will start at 7:30 with several riders who have multiple horses. Megan and Heather will begin at 8:00.  

Show Jumping

Jo Englert is designing and building the course and will make all maps available to officials. They will post for our riders at the arena.   They are not sent out to our riders.

Also, maps are provisional until approved by Carol.

XC Course Maps

John Williams created new XC maps for all 5 divisions.  Everything will be moved in the next two days with Cindy and her crew (Chris, Karen and Nicole) working their magic on all aspects of our venue.

XC maps will be sent out to our riders by Nancy.  In addition, maps will post in front of the show office and some additional copies will be available for riders who may need them.

Maps are provisional until approved by Carol.

Check-in Procedures

Riders and their support teams will not have their temperatures taken.  It is their responsibility to monitor themselves and their support teams.

Snacks, Beverages, Lunch

Poppy’s and DB’s Rolling Dough and an ice cream will be on site for concessions.

Face Masks

Face masks are required for everyone except if they are on a horse.  Extra masks available for anyone who needs one.
