Majestic Oaks is hosting the Area 3 USEA May 2023 Horse Trials. The show will be May 13-14, 2023. The closing date for entries is April 25 2023. We will be closed May 7-12, 2023, to prepare for the May 2023 Horse Trials.

Thurs: Cross County course open – 3:00 pm. Fri: Dressage 8:00 am – Prelim, Training; Show Jumping approx. 10:00 am – Prelim, Training. Sat: Dressage 8:00 am- Nov, BN, Starter; Cross Country 11:00- Prelim, Training: Show Jumping approx. 10:00 am- Nov, BN, Starter. Sun: Cross Country 8:00 am. – Nov, BN, Starter. The schedule may change due to the number of entries.

Accommodations/Fees
Camping: Limited camping hookups. $50/night – water & electricity. Stalls and camping will not be assigned until the entry is paid in full. Stalls/camping assignments will be assigned using the postmark date of entry. If you withdraw from the competition, no refunds unless a stall or camping spot can be filled from a waitlist. Stabling and camping assignments based on postmark date or time stamp of entry. Entries may be combined or divided.
Draw checks to Majestic Oaks. Refunds: Before C.D.-In full less $25 non-refundable office fee. After C.D.-No refund. Competition cancellation-No refund. USEA Starter/D&M Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fee ($30), is not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage.
