Numbers

Schedule

Nancy is working on a schedule, it will be sent out. We will also have ride times posted.

Volunteer Coordinators

Cassi Cameron and Libby Weber are our volunteer coordinators.  They are incredibly flexible and are keenly aware of the needs of all members of the community.  They will be reaching out to all of you in the next few days.

Dressage

Jodi Ely
Heather Stalker
Debbie Adams
Lori Hoos

You will also be receiving emails from our Volunteer Coordinators, Cassi and Libby, regarding menu options and any special dietary needs.

Parking will be behind the dressage arenas for both judges and scribes.  If you could arrive by 7:45 at the latest to pick up your materials, drop off your invoice, pick up some snacks and park you car for an 8:00 start time.

Show Jumping

Joachim Englert will be designing and setting the SJ course for all divisions. Jo maintains the arena to ensure it is groomed/watered every day.

Our Show Jump judge is Cathy Slaterbeck, we appreciate her being with us.

We have a new warm-up arena for our show jumpers.   A special thanks goes out to Ron, who knows no limits and continues to be the visionary for our farm.  Juan our trusted farm manager was there every minute helping along with my stepson, Greg, who did the finish work around the exterior of the arena.

Dave and his amazing crew at North Construction, LLC brought all their heavy machinery to make the arena project go from initial groundbreaking to completed project in a shorter amount of time.

Cross Country

John Williams, Juan, Ron, and Tommie Neneman will be building the XC course.   John and Tommie built some new fences that you will find on the course

We are blessed to have our XC team returning….Gail, Tristan and Dick ensuring the timing of the XC runs is accurate.

Trenton (control) and Erin (announcer) are new to our venue and we are looking forward to working with them.

Venue Decoration/Set-up

Cindy Jezerski and Chris Cox will be working their magic starting on Monday, March 22.  They will decorate to provide the necessary assistance for the competitors in all three areas.   The amount of time they take out of their own lives is much appreciated.

COVID-19

Upon arrival each day all staff, officials and volunteers will need to have their temperature taken at the check-in table in front of the Show Office.

Each person who is within the allowable temperature (100.3 degrees and below) will receive a green paper bracelet each day.

Hand sanitizer and wash stations (3) are available on the grounds.   Face masks/coverings will be required for each person when not mounted on a horse.   COVID-19 posters will be placed throughout the show grounds.

We will not be monitoring the temperatures of the competitors or their support teams.  It is their responsibility to adhere to the established requirements.

Snacks/beverages

Each morning snacks and breakfast items will be available on a table in front of the show office along with coffee.   Please feel free to take items with you to your location so you have something to snack on and drink prior to lunch being served to you.

EMT

SOS will be sending EMT (s) based upon a number of factors.  I don’t know how many will be on site during the 3 days.

Baron is our Safety Officer and has been with Majestic Oaks since 2017.  He is a delight and brings many additional skill sets to our venue.

Special Duty Assignment Officer

We have requested the services of an officer each day from 10:00-2:00.  Although it is not a requirement…we feel it is absolutely necessary to provide all those who attend an additional layer of security.

In closing, on behalf of the Majestic Oaks Team thank you for joining us.   We look forward to a fantastic horse trials.
