DESCRIPTION:Majestic Oaks Ocala 2020 Schooling Show Series first show is on April 4\, 2020. \nThis is a great show for both horse and rider to school in all three phases of eventing. It allows you and your horse to have some “practice\, “so to speak\, without the pressure or expenses of a recognized show.  A schooling show is great for young horses that are just getting started\, certainly riders who are beginning in the sport of eventing benefit as well.  But schooling shows are not just for beginners. Even professional riders use schooling shows to get used to new horses and give their seasoned horses a day in the show atmosphere instead of daily schooling along or with just a few horses. \nDivisions offered are Starter/tadpole through preliminary divisions. Be sure to take advantage of our classes in the Three-Phase.  These include dressage\, stadium jumping\, and cross country. \nMajestic Oaks Three-Phase Schooling Shows are a great way to prepare both the horse and rider for recognized events! \nAll riders must wear a certified helmet while mounted with tall boots or half chaps. \nClothing is casual but polos are recommended. DESCRIPTION:Majestic Oaks Ocala is pleased to announce the first Florida-based Winter Eventing Camp with Tik Maynard and Sinead Halpin Maynard. \nAbout the Event\nThe Winter Eventing Camp with Tik Maynard and Sinead Halpin Maynard will consist of four days of instruction. This will include dressage (including a judged fix-a-test)\, showjumping and cross-country alternating between Sinead and Tik.   In addition\, Tik will lead horsemanship sessions and help you build a better relationship with your horse! \nLunch will be provided daily for participants.  As well as a cheese and wine night and a BBQ Dinner.  We will host a panel discussion with guest speakers as well as the opportunity for a Q&A recap of the day’s lessons with Sinead and Tik. \nPast guests featured Bobby Costello\, Will Faudree\, Mark Weissbecker and saddle fitter Audrey Samara! The camp is open to riders over 13 years of age and all levels from beginner novice to intermediate levels. DESCRIPTION:The next Majestic Oaks Three-Phase Schooling Show is on Saturday\, October 5\, 2019. \nOur first few shows of the season were very successful with more than 100 entries at each show. We anticipate even larger shows as the season continues with more riders coming down and the weather turning cooler. \n  \nThis is a great show for both horse and rider to school in all three phases of eventing. \nStarter/tadpole through preliminary divisions will be offered. \nA fantastic schooling opportunity for both horse and rider. \nTake advantage of our classes in the Three-Phase- dressage\, stadium jumping\, and cross country. \nMajestic Oaks Three-Phase Schooling Shows are a great way to prepare both the horse and rider for recognized events! \nAll riders must wear a certified helmet while mounted with tall boots or half chaps. \nClothing is casual but polos are recommended. We anticipate even a larger show for September and hope for great and cooler weather. \n  \nThis is a great show for both horse and rider to school in all three phases of eventing. \nStarter/tadpole through preliminary divisions will be offered. \nA fantastic schooling opportunity for both horse and rider. \nTake advantage of our classes in the Three-Phase- dressage\, stadium jumping\, and cross country. \nMajestic Oaks Three-Phase Schooling Shows are a great way to prepare both the horse and rider for recognized events! \nAll riders must wear a certified helmet while mounted with tall boots or half chaps. \nClothing is casual but polos are recommended. DESCRIPTION:Majestic Oaks Ocala has partnered with Hope Hill Farm to bring you The Mary Longden Clinic. \n \nThis clinic will be June 4 and 5\, 2019\, at Majestic Oaks Ocala.   Majestic Oaks is located at 17500 North U.S. Highway 441\, Reddick\, FL 32686.\nThe time of the clinic will be determined by the number of entries.  You will be contacted with your time. \nMary was brought up in England before living in Ireland for a year\, Canada for six years and then settling outside Melbourne in Australia. Her qualifications include a Masters degree in Special Education; an Allied Health qualification; the British Horse Society Instructor; the Equestrian Australia Level 3 coach and Coach Educator; and the Australian RDA Level 2 coach and Coach Educator. Longden is a retired FEI “I” Level 3 Day Event Judge and a National Dressage Grand Prix Judge.   Additionally\, Mary is an International 3 Day Event and World Cup Show Jumping coach and an International Para-Equestrian coach. \nMary’s life’s work has taken her to many countries where she has taught Three Day Event\, Para-Equestrian\, Special Olympic and RDA riders. At home\, and when visiting other countries\, she teaches riders and coaches from all disciplines.
